With spring comes the snow melt
The awakening of vitality. birth. life.
A great grey bear stands to rub its back on a mighty pine
sees the sky above and searches for the celestial supports
Palatial gardens emerge from dreary mud
Fireweed licks and flicks amoung the rocks
Indian Paintbrush in red, yellow, purple and white dot the
hillside pallet
Bluebells ring softly in the breeze
Dandylion parachutes float to greener pastures
A hundred years future towering Doug Fir peaks through mother's
needled pelt
shuffling, head down, through his work
unaware of the stary dome resting upon his back
unaware of the galactic framework he built
unaware of the lives he carries daily
Mountain monks crawl in sacred supplication over spring runoff
Marmots bow on moss covered boulders (thinking of their next
holy meal!)
Chipmonks emerge from winter's cells and collect ? offerings
Rabbits frolick in tantric, bunny-forming copulations
Squirrels
? mice ?
